Our coffee from El Salvador is from the Santa Ana region and is a mixture of Pacamara and Bourbon. The region is Potrero Grande Arriba which is at an altitude of 1500m.

The farm is surrounded by Inga and fruit trees and enjoys wildlife such as deer, birds and Armadillos. The coffee is washed and fermented for 8 hours followed by drying on a clay brick patio.
