We’ve tapped into the highest mountain in Mexico, using its crystal-clear water to naturally process this coffee, leaving you with a cup that’s 99.9% caffeine-free. It’s not just decaf – it’s decaf with a touch of Mexican mountain mystique!

Our coffee is a blend of Bourbon, Caturra, Typica and Catuaí varietals, all grown at a cool 1,000 metres.

Picture this: the relative low altitude gives you beans so big they practically have their own fan club. And the result? A smooth coffee with low acidity that’s like a gentle breeze on your taste buds.

But that’s not all! This decaf adventure is brought to you by smallholder producers who know their coffee game. They deliver their coffee to the San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations in northern Chiapas, just east and northeast of Tuxtla Gutiérrez. It’s not just coffee – it’s a journey through the vibrant regions of Mexico, one delightful sip at a time.
